Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

Welcome to DiscoverMe. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

DiscoverMe offers small daily invitations to notice more of your life. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental-health product, and does not replace professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

01

What DiscoverMe is

DiscoverMe offers small daily invitations — "moments" — to notice more of your life, organized into themed paths, with the option to write short personal notes.

02

Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DiscoverMe on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.

03

Purchases

The full content of a path is available as a one-time purchase, processed by Apple through your Apple ID. There is no subscription.

04

Your content

The notes you write belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and do not read or analyze their content. Notes are stored on your device; you're responsible for your own device backups.

05

Account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and let us know about any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account → Delete account — this permanently removes your profile, email, notes, and account data.

06

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful use, and no infringing the rights of others.

07

Intellectual property

The app, its design, the texts of the moments, and the brand are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by law. These terms give you no rights to our trademarks or content beyond personal use of the app.

08

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DiscoverMe is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under EU consumer protection rules.

09

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; significant changes will be communicated inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
